This is such a nice combination of flavors. I don’t have specific amounts because my husband just eyeballed it when making these, so combine according to your tastes.
Garbanzo Bean and Grape Salad Sandwiches
-about 1 T So Delicious coconut yogurt per sandwich
-diced kalamata olives
-spinach & arugula
-sprouted or gluten-free bread, or a collard wrap
1. Mix all ingredients together except for spinach & arugula.
2. Spread tahini on bread or collard leaf.
3. Top with spinach & arugula and bean mixture.
