This blog is a place where I share my thoughts and knowledge as a woman, wife and mom. I write to gain deeper self-awareness, to share what I learn, and to empower others.

The main focuses of this blog are parenthood, fertility struggles, natural/organic/eco-friendly lifestyle choices, and my favorite healthy recipes. I strive to make lifestyle and dietary choices that will maximize the health and fertility of our family. When my husband and I became parents in 2012, we began exploring the health benefits of a mostly vegan, mostly organic diet for our family. The recipes on this blog are mostly vegan and gluten-free, completely dairy-free, and some include organic, pastured eggs and only the healthiest seafood choices (lowest in mercury and other pollutants). As parents, our focus is on simple, nutrient-rich recipes that are quick to make, healthy to eat, fertility-friendly and enjoyable for our toddler.
